What is the maximum occupancy?

The main farmhouse sleeps up to 13 guests comfortably with a king bed, queen bed, single beds, and two pull-out couches. An additional outbuilding room is available for an extra nightly fee and sleeps 4 more (no bathroom).

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Yes, we require a 2-night minimum stay. Extended stays and weekly rates are available — contact us for details.

Is the hot tub available year-round?

Yes! The hot tub is available in all seasons and is one of the most popular features of the property — especially in fall and winter with views of the river and the surrounding landscape.
